- Here's a thought. I just re-read the transcript of Dave Haynie's March
- IRC session. He said, among other things, that he was doing some
- consulting work for Amiga Technologies and had been to Germany to look at
- a few things. He also made reference to the fact that Scala, which now
- employs him, had some kind of licensing agreement with another company
- that plans to use Scala technology (the new operating system?) for
- set-top TV boxes.

- Since VISCorp's primary business so far seems to have been development of
- its own set-top TV box, I wonder if Dave will continue to have much
- interaction with Amiga Tech. I know there's a tremendous information
- vacuum right now because VISCorp, AT and ESCOM are still in the midst of
- completing AT's transfer and I'm not trying to raise some kind of furor.

- But I think it's worth considering that Dave may not be able to work with
- two companies that may be competing with one another in the near future.
