  12. Here's a thought. I just re-read the transcript of Dave Haynie's March 
  13. IRC session. He said, among other things, that he was doing some 
  14. consulting work for Amiga Technologies and had been to Germany to look at 
  15. a few things. He also made reference to the fact that Scala, which now 
  16. employs him, had some kind of licensing agreement with another company 
  17. that plans to use Scala technology (the new operating system?) for 
  18. set-top TV boxes.

  20. Since VISCorp's primary business so far seems to have been development of 
  21. its own set-top TV box, I wonder if Dave will continue to have much 
  22. interaction with Amiga Tech. I know there's a tremendous information 
  23. vacuum right now because VISCorp, AT and ESCOM are still in the midst of 
  24. completing AT's transfer and I'm not trying to raise some kind of furor.

  26. But I think it's worth considering that Dave may not be able to work with 
  27. two companies that may be competing with one another in the near future.
